DIRECTOR OF CLIENT RELATIONS

Details

Full-time at 40 hours/week desired; possible start at a minimum of 0.75 FTE, 30 hours/week.
Base pay commensurate with experience, minimum starting rate of $75k, plus a competitive benefits package, including project success quarterly payment pool, health plans, a 401(k) plan with employer match, and a generous flextime and Personal Time Off program.

Overview

The primary responsibility of this position is to ensure that the organizations Biomimicry 3.8 serves have an 11-star experience and find immediate, short, and long term value from our services. In addition to regular interactions with our clients, you will also be working closely with internal project teams to ensure deliverables are aligned with client expectations/needs. This includes working with marketing and communications teams to ensure proposals and client onboarding materials are positioned to best demonstrate the value created through B3.8’s products and services. The primary orientation for this position is an external focus on client relationships and building perennial relationships with these organizations. Our main clients are large Fortune 500 corporations, but we also work with municipalities, developers, educational institutions, architecture and engineering firms, and non-profit organizations.

 

Requirements

  • 3+ years consulting experience with large multinational corporations required.
  • Client management experience required, including an ability to facilitate coordination of project timelines and budget to align client needs with internal capacity.
  • Biomimicry or environmental/sustainability experience required.

 

Experience

  • 7+ years of relevant experience, preferably in a professional services-oriented environment.
