As our General Manager for Client Engagement, Victoria works with the firm’s clients to develop bio-inspired approaches to business that work with, rather than against, natural systems and processes. These solutions include land use, product design and packaging, sourcing models, built environment, brand strategy and corporate visioning. Prior to her work at Biomimicry 3.8, Victoria served as Managing Director of the Land to Market program at Savory Institute, a ground-breaking regenerative sourcing solution for agricultural products. Founding corporate partners of that program included Nestle/Purina, Hormel, General Mills, and Kering. Earlier in her career Victoria co-founded, built and later sold Kindred Keziah Inc., a strategy and innovation consulting firm serving multinational clients including Coca-Cola, General Motors, IBM, Delta Airlines, United Distillers and Proctor & Gamble. The subsequent entity, Egg Strategy, continues to lead in its industry. A certified Biomimicry Specialist, Victoria received her B.A. from Colgate University, and her M.Sc. in Biomimicry from ASU. She serves as a mentor for the Techstars Sustainability Accelerator, a unique partnership between Techstars and The Nature Conservancy. Victoria lives with her family in Boulder, Colorado, where she spends as much time as possible hiking and gardening in the great outdoors.
